Please note that there is a refund and unfortunately so far has not been received since the date of 3/6/2017, and i have been provided the staff number of the international account and i am residing in jordan and not in india, and the staff are requesting an account number in india and i am not resident in india and jordanian nationality, but delay the subject time is running out and unfortunately they do not respond to the email and sent many complaints but no one responds i hope you will solve the issue of returning the money because it has time

It does not answer the email and solve the problem of refunding the amount withdrawn from the visa account without the knowledge of its employee who gave himself the right to act. This process is considered cheating and deceit. In delaying the refund, and the lack of attention of its employees to reply to the email

Unfortunately, the employee replied not by the professional that he wanted a national account number in India and he knew that I am from Jordan and on the basis of contact with me in Jordan and on the Jordanian number and as I know it is a global company and the amount can be transferred to the international number which I sent them
Please ask your administration to expedite the transfer amount because it is my right
