I had given an order of wrong size of inner wear and even made online payment. However, after realizing I cancelled the order and got a confirmation mail from their side. They also sent me a text to avoid the order if the delivery boy arrives. However, after a few days the delivery boy came and dropped the parcel at our neighbours place without any communication.
When I called the customer they are giving the reason of no exchange of inner wear but, when I specified the package is unopened they told me to attach the pics of the product and I did but, there is no reply yet. Was this information helpful? |
