sir., I applied for a flat in Affordable Housing Scheme of Jodhpur Development Authority.I was not alloted d flat as my name dint appear in d lottery, but they did not return my advance of 15000 too.I went with my application to them many a times but no response was given by them.I am attaching photo of the receipt of challan, my application to them and bank's acknowledgement that money was deposited in jda's account.
please help me.
