Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited [JDVVNL] — no electricity in area from last 3 and half hours

From last 3 hours there is no electricity in my area. Have complained several times still no action has been taken. I have called on the coustomer care number that is [protected] for about 10 times. I am not getting any responce from this number now. I have called on the number of our area’s electricity department regarding the same complaint but no one is picking up my call.
