I an trying to make payment online since last 2 days but unable to do so as link shows down (Billdesk) & payment application. Due to which i am unable to make payment of electricity bill. Already late in making payment and another issue us i am out of the city dueto which can't deposit cash or cheque. Need urgent support on this to avoid disconnection of electricity.
