I m facing problem from three days at midnight lights gone.. the help line members are not so good they don't write my complaint... Service is so so poor. And repairs work is not good..

I have 4 bills of today due date, i am trying to pay it online since morning but not able to pay because of application error. Talked with customer care they say issue will be fixed in an hour however the issue remain same. Please provide me a solution so that i can avoid penalty

From 3 am to 7.20 am electricity is not been there amongest the colony and discom call center and office is not even working on it and the call center excutive is not responding and speaking uncommon.
