John King — product - instant geyser leakage

I have purchased john king instant geyser on 17th jan 2019 from a dealer surya electrical, akshaya nagar bangalore-68. Now the dealer has closed his shop and now if i call consumer care they are telling they are paid service provider for all and they don't know about john king customer care number.

I have warranty card but not able to talk to customer care and get the replace / service done.
