First of all, thanks for providing the worst ever service experience.

We lodge the above complaint on 01.07.2020 but still it was pending and no status was not updated even one's yet.

Hitachi air conditioner

Its was a nightmare for us,

We are unable to believe in that the company hitachi form which we was associated with last 8 years and renewing continuous amc of the product every year can do this.

Not even a singal call or message or email was received yet from your side to update the situation to issue get resolved.

I am continuous calling on your customer care numbers and also visits no. Of times your service center siddhi vinayak enterprises at ashram new delhi and also raised the issue at level 2.

But no one is there to attend me and update me how and when it was done.

Dear all please let us know that you can't resolve this issue so that i can move further forward to get it done form local market or buy the new product.

(1) we will provide products and services that meet the needs and requirements of our customers, complying with relevant laws and standards and ensuring quality and safety by setting additional standards of our own where necessary. (2) we will communicate with customers sincerely, address defects and customer complaints quickly and in good faith, and strive to determine causes in order to eliminate them and prevent recurrence.

This its to be get proven that you guys are getting the amc done only for cleaning of the machine and when the machine requires any part you guys are run away.

So if your company still have some morals towards customers then resolved my issue or let me know the actual situation.
