We have come across the following problems in Tower 2 and community hall. Details are as below.

1. In Tower 2 three lifts are not working.All have gone errant.One of those suddenly fell, too, fast to the lower floor at 12 th floor instead of gradually coming down seemingly giving heart ache to everyone.

2. The community hall lift is also not working .

You are requested to take early necessary action to resolve the issues on urgent basis please
