Joister — frequent internet outage upto 15 continuous days

Hi, i am residing at kharadi area in pune and availing joister connect broadband service. On 22nov 2018 their internet stopped working in entire kharadi area and the reason they gave was issue with their optical fibre cable. It took 15 days to re-establish connection.

Now just 1.5 months after above incident, on 21st jan 2018 their service has stopped in our area and still they haven't resolved issue. Their customer support won't answer calls after we report the issue first time and on mail they just reply they are working on it. We have no idea when the connection will be reestablished. I have mail conversation of both these cases.
Several customers like me have purchased pre-paid long term plans from joister and has to go through this torturing experience since we cannot exit their connection now. We could not even commit to any work from home due to the poor network service provided by this firm.

Please do check if this firm actually have the technology and man power to serve these many customers or are they actually trapping customers in their plans and then providing the worst service as they cannot handle the critical situations. Please help us to escape this ordeal by taking appropriate action.
