Jomso.com — Not refunding the money

I ordered a saree of rs.1460 in jomso.com on july 8, 2016. The product got delivered on july 18, 2016. But the saree was of cheap quality. So i decided to return the product. As per jomso's terms and conditions, i self shipped the product from katpadi, tamilnadu to surat, gujarat through dtdc courier spending rs.150 on july 22, 2016. Also i sent a mail to jomso with the bank account details. The product reached jomso on july 26, 2016. According to jomso's terms and conditions they should have refunded the amount within 15 days. But it's been 28 days, still they didn't refund the amount. Whenever i call they are not responding properly. They also said that they didn't receive the product back but when i told them the courier tracking details, they accepted that they received the product and said that they would refund within 3 days. I'm calling them everyday asking for money. Everytime they attend, they say that they would refund the amount the next day but not crediting the money. Or they do not pick calls from my number. Please help me get my money.
