Jomso.com — Not refunding the money | |||||
Order number:[protected] Order amount: rs.1460 I ordered a saree of rs.1460 in jomso.com on july 8, 2016. The product got delivered on july 18, 2016. But the saree was of cheap quality. So i decided to return the product. As per jomso's terms and conditions, i self shipped the product from katpadi, tamilnadu to surat, gujarat through dtdc courier spending rs.150 on july 22, 2016. Also i sent a mail to jomso with the bank account details. The product reached jomso on july 26, 2016. According to jomso's terms and conditions they should have refunded the amount within 15 days. But it's been 28 days, still they didn't refund the amount. Whenever i call they are not responding properly. They also said that they didn't receive the product back but when i told them the courier tracking details, they accepted that they received the product and said that they would refund within 3 days. I'm calling them everyday asking for money. Everytime they attend, they say that they would refund the amount the next day but not crediting the money. Or they do not pick calls from my number. Horrible website selling substandard products .. whole bunch of team is useless and ill mannered all they know is speak in loud tone not even wanting to listen to feedback or customer concerns or to the extent even an query ... products are very substandard being sold at steep prices ... luring and misguiding customers into buying their products .

even I received a cheap quality lehenga.. but i got my money back in the form of a coupon... i wanted the refund in my bank account but they refused.. this coupon is of no use to me as if i order something again i cant b sure about the quality of the product.. really upset!
I odered a saree worth 1300/. On received of the saree i was very upset to see the quality, i could gurantee it should not cost more than 150 rupee. I planning to return it but dont know what should i choose as replacement as it can be another poor product. Suggestong all not to buy any product from here.

I ordered a so called silk Saree worth rs 1600, the quality of it was just so worst that I have no words to describe... Very very cheap quality, I wonder, is that Saree made of cloth or paper...
Very harsh response from the company, no refunding neither trust of getting a product of good quality. Buying any stuff in jomso is just letting your money in water. Kindly don't purchase any product.

i ordered saree worth Rs.1700 but received saree not even worth for 150rs, according to me that is not even a saree its just an paper sack, this site is the fraud site and not refunding the amount. Friends please do something to avoid such fraud online shopping especially this jomso should not come up in market with this type of fraudulent activities.

should be given a negative star if possible. such a fraud site, they're only nabbing customers by their absurd policies and have not even clearly mentioned their NO REFUND policy and on top of it they send fake and duplicate products. not even close to what they show on the site. I've been a victim of this site. the customer executives are arrogant and rude. I want a refund of my product as I no longer trust this site for another product replacement. Kindly do something if possible and ban these kind of fraud sites.
Am going to raise a legal concern in the court of justice stating they are fraudulent sellers selling cheap quality materials and does not match what ever they have mentioned in their website.
Even though they have their own policy but there are legal acts where they can be penalized for their frauds in terms of grabbing customers through their website...
Please do the same and teach them a lesson.

Never buy from Jomso site. I ordered two sarees of material so called Zarna silk. The photo looks so beautiful but the original products are so horrible. I returned the products but they are not giving my money back. I wish I could have read this reviews before buying here. I greatly regret shopping at Jomso.com. I wish they remove that colorful advertisements in all social media like facebook etc.,

Biggest fraudsters. I ordered 6000 worth of things, got a cheap quality things, returned them, ordered few other products, but they had delivered irrelevant shipment and i had to spend my money to return it again and 2 months now yet to receive my product

rating is wasted for this site.. i have ordered a lehanga with worth of 1790/- .. but i got the worst product . it is not at all good in quality.. its completely different from picture what is posted in site.. i found that design also differ.. its a waste cloth. like road side kind of.. i have sent a mail to return.. but they didnt given response immediately and mentioned an address to return that product by spending our money.. i have contacted to customer care they even not responding properly.. they dropped off the call while im speaking something...
