Jomso.com — Not refunding the money | |||||
Order number:[protected] Order amount: rs.1460 I ordered a saree of rs.1460 in jomso.com on july 8, 2016. The product got delivered on july 18, 2016. But the saree was of cheap quality. So i decided to return the product. As per jomso's terms and conditions, i self shipped the product from katpadi, tamilnadu to surat, gujarat through dtdc courier spending rs.150 on july 22, 2016. Also i sent a mail to jomso with the bank account details. The product reached jomso on july 26, 2016. According to jomso's terms and conditions they should have refunded the amount within 15 days. But it's been 28 days, still they didn't refund the amount. Whenever i call they are not responding properly. They also said that they didn't receive the product back but when i told them the courier tracking details, they accepted that they received the product and said that they would refund within 3 days. I'm calling them everyday asking for money. Everytime they attend, they say that they would refund the amount the next day but not crediting the money. Or they do not pick calls from my number. fraudster i buyed 1790rs lehanga it was worst and very cheap and poor quality and they are not refunding my money please help what needs to be done and guys be aware jomso worse quality dont ever buy anything by mistake please read all the reviews before u buy the product

Ordered saree from Jomso.com, and recieved very poor quality product. Company is not ready to return my money, they just want me to purchase some other poor quality product. Customer service is very bad, very rude. Not ready to reverse my money to my account. JOMSO is a fraud company. Please dont purchase from this site. Company is misleading us with wrong product pictures.

I've ordered 1 saree which was too good on the website when i received it it was horrible, I have written a mail to them requesting for return, However i need a refund of my money.
I bought a saree of RS. 1700 and the saree is not even worth rs.100.. have never seen such a bad quality product in my entire life.. this site should be declared as fraud by government authorities. The so called "customer care" people are even worse.. they talk so rudely and in cheap manner.. they don't return the money.. they only give replacement and that too with another product with worse quality..

They are just luring the people by their pics... The quality n colour of the clothes are cheap... They quickly respond to new orders but when there is call for return request they just waste your time..7 day return policy doesn't work here... Big frauds they are. It's not bad but worst..

They are really unprofessional people..dont buy anything from they there products are cheap quality and useless they even don't know how to talk to the customer..when they need money they will call you nicely and when you call them for return or refund they will never pick up your call and if they do pick up by mistake the girl talk to you very rudely and even they wont listen to you and will hang the phone. When i order the products the next day early morning some girl from jomso called me and ask me to pay some credit amount rather then cash on delivery and when i gave her the surity that i will pay dnt worry about it after that i asked her if in case i dnt life the products will you return them and she said yes now when i called them to return the products because of there cheap quality they even dnt want to talk or call back. I want to return there cheap products and want my refund into my bank account i dont want any coupon etc bcoz i dnt want to shop from you cheap site.
I ordered a saree worth rs. 1490 on 24th jan 18, but the product I received is a 3rd class. Called the customer care to pick the saree and refund my hard earned money but they hve asked me to courier back which has costed me rs.360/-. Hve attached the copy of courier.

Such a bad site I have ever seen ..I have ordered a lehanga worth 1990 .. I am completely upset with its quality ..in site return policy was mentioned but they are not providing money back ..they are only telling that they will provide a coupon to shop with same amount ..worst jomso.com

I had ordered products from Jomso. When i received the products, the product quality is the the worst.. I returned the product & was issued credit note. I tried to buy products but the seller is such a fraud & cheap quality that do not feel like buying. Am undergoing serious health issues asked them to refund money . Despite requesting they still talk of policy. They are in human. In today's online world every one refunds money.
