I want to return my order dated 25 dec 2018 with id jd[protected]. Saree which i purchased for 1550/- was delivered on 02 jan 2019. As the product material is not to my liking, i wish to return the product. The product is shiny and not authentic silk as it was expected to be.

Kindly return the product and refund my money.

I have ordered a saree worth 1550/- with order No. JD[protected]J-99 and the item was received on[protected]. The item received was an entirely different, and was of very cheap material. Since that day I have sent 4 mails regarding the same so as to return the product an get my money refunded. They have not responded to any of my mails.
