Hi Suresh, same issue I also faced this problem before 1 year. This is bad bad bad decision to cut 3days just for one days absence.

Really Its an unacceptable rule of your previous company. Every company should to provide the casual leave for at least 2 days in a month. Thanks for aware us about this company.

Before 2 years ago I have faced the same problem in this company, this is really unacceptable decision taken by company.
