[Resolved]  Journeys By Jukaso — Fraudulently withdrawing the ecs from my account

Dear sir,

I have asked you not to withdraw ecs from my account through an email on 26th april 2016 and mr puneet at head office. He assured me that no money will be withdrawn without resolving the issues related to my membership. Still you put forward the ecs and fradulently withdrew the money from my s/b account

I have earlier written to you on 26th april regarding these issues but of no avail. Even my email is still unattended and unresolved, i am again writing to you along with all the relevant documents:

1. I have joined the membership in dec 2013.
2. Your representative mr nitin alexander along with mr alok and mr ankit chandra visited my clinic for joining of jukaso. They did not have any letter head of company hence all the discussions were done on the papers provided by me.
3. All these detailed agreements are being sent to you as attachments with this email, after receiving the cheque for 10% i. E. Rs 30, 100/= all three of them were gone absconded, and the no's provided were "switched off or asthai roop se seva samapt". When i visited your registered lucknow office, i found every time some or the other person fighting regarding irresponsible behavior of your office personnel or nonavailability of responsible persons to resolve customers issues and even threatening to lodge fir.
4. Due to these, i also visited lko office five times but every time "sir kahin gaye huye hain or we do not have their no. Aap 2-3 din mein phir aaiye. I also tried to book for jaipur, varanasi, mathura agra and indore in the mean time for personal/family outings but no response was recieved from your company side, hence all your food vouchers remained unused.
5. Recently i tried to book for new delhi, i had to arrive in the morning at around 7;30 am, inspite of my email and personally conacting you all, no confirmation was sent to me on email, rather i was intimated at around 2.10 pm on the day of arrival 27th, april 2016, fortunately i could contact the hotel and the person picked the call as even being a jucaso hotel person, he was not knowing that i was a member, had he being knowing this and thus not picked the call, i would have been compelled to book somewhere else while as your company is constantly earning on our money rs 30, 000 per year by each registered member like me. To hell with the customers once money is received in your account. Better training is required for associated property people not to pick the call from customers. Like jukaso helpline [protected] which asks " if you are a customer press 1... All our executives are busy talking to other customers... Call cut. It may happen a 100 times in a day. Again it happened today when i tried to call at all your numbers. A helpline no and even to your coo mr siddhartha bhalla no body picked the phone in spite of all the calls were connected to the responsible persons.
6. Further one fat lady conducting the customer phansao campaign at your jukaso inn delhi misbehaved with me and said that the campaign has nothing to do with jukaso membership and it was the jucaso hotel group. Doing some other job. 'kisi andhe se bhi kah do to woh bata dega ki ye jukaso wale membership beich rahe hain. Aap yahan disturb mat karo aur gurgaon office se baat karo jakar.
7. Sir i am enclosing the attachments on sheets as committed by your representative


Sheet 1: 1week international free + 5n/6days switzerland free +10 year b fast free, 10, 000 food vouchers, 175 nights stay 7n/8days for 25years.
Sheet 2 : red season membership 3, 01, 000. Use the weeks 365 days /year any day anytime anywhere, 1+1+1 = 3weeks pool can be clubbed for availing a long break yoy can borrow, split, gift, sell, the weeks or transfer your membership, amc rs 6500/- only per year.
A week can be split into even 6 parts or 3+2+2 nights any way it is required.
Sheet :3 of total money 301000, 10% down payment and rest will be divided into 36 emi. I. E. 8386/- per month for 36 months
Sheet :4 when on his next visit he said to me to fill the emi consent of rs 8869 per month for 36 months, i said how come this amount then he sais 6% interest i said i will not give the interest % not purchase your plan. Then he said last 5 installments you don't have to pay and i will manage it from my incentive. And signed the agreement.
Sheet 5 2n/3days at jucaso ganges varanasi with breakfast + food at the start. 7n /8days complimentary at india or abroad., 5n/6days at jukaso switzerland. 5, 000 food vouchers + 5000 food vouchers, all the years and on these vacations breakfast complimentary.
Sir these commitments were made by your company person to whom i gave the money/ cheque and the authority of withdrawing ecs from my account, if you have taken the cheque. Taking all the ecs. Then you are also responsible to fulfil the commitments he has done,

Also i was committed 3 year free dae gold membership free with jukaso membership but dae pepople say that you have deposited money with them only for one year gold membership however it is clearly mentioned in your jukaso pamphlet/ booklet. Again a fraud.


Still all your no are not picked up, i made calls to mr siddharth ji not less than 5 times on 9th may and even after my request to not to withdraw ecs from my account. Your company people have fraudulently withdrew the money from my account without resolving any of the issues of mine.

Dear mr siddhartha bhalla ji this is to request you to kindly address these issues
1. Return the money /ecs which you have fradulantly withdrew from my account.
2. Revalidate my food vouchers of 7000 rs for a year and also add rs3000 food vouchers as promised by your person.
3. Call me back immediately on [protected]. Or askn some body to call back
4. Send me all these agreements conditions written on your letter head.
5. Donot withdraw money from my account

Also please let me know that, why a fraud or consumer case not to be filed against you people
