Jsp Honda Anna Nagar — not delivering bike in time after repair

I am kishorekumar has given my activa 3g tn02bd5927 against job card 5089 on 09jan2019 for change of broken tail. Jsp honda service centre annanagar has promised me for delivery on 11jan2019. But they could not deliver on 11jan2019 and their is no proper response even. On 12jan19 when i went personally and after intimating service manager the staff started working on my bike. The staff are very casual attitude and lethargic. If this is the case to customer then nobody will have interest to visit to service centre.
