Jsp Honda Padi — Asking to buy accessories worth of rs 5000 as compulsory.

I went to jsp honda padi on 14th april 2017 to buy honda dio. While enquired about the price on 12th of april, 2017 thro phone. They said rs.58487 but when went to the showroom they told 1000rs extra. After i told them i already enqired about the price thro phone. They reduced the rs.1000. But they gave me list of 10 accesories which compulsory to buy. I was shocked to see the list. I asked why should i buy all the accesories, they said it complusory as per our mangement. They are forcing me to buy it. I already booked the honda dio on 14th april, 2017 itself but today they are calling anad told me to buy all the accesories worth of rs.5000.
