with lots of disappointment&a heavy heart, I am writing youas a final report.this letter is regarding complait against JSRinfotech solutions, the organization who opened the current A/C in
Axis bank&asked me to deposit money many times in the name of providing employment. Igot random callon 9th june, 2016from the
person named Anil malhotraluring me to offer job in IT company in Mohali/chandigarh. he asked me to pay rs. 2500as the registration fees which refundable&gurrented me assuredjob within 15 days.I deposited rs. 2500on 10th june, 2016.I again got call from the
person named Amit Sexena asking to deposit rs.19200 as a fees for generation of job code, job id&ref.id which is refundable .I managed to pay first rs.2400 again on 10th june, 2016 then remaining rs15800 on 13th june.2016.Mr amit sexena further called me to pay rs.10000 for training procedure securities.so i again deposited 10000 on 14th june, 2016 In total paid Rs 30700 neither job provided nor refunding my amount. On 01nov, 2016 the
person named Mr Arun&Mr Ashish said amount will be refunded on 07th nov, 2016& said send your account detail. I did so .But again pretending & not giving amountRs 30700.I am very sure about the fact i have been cheated. the account details where trasferred money as follows:-

still I have not got any information/ phone from JSR INFOTECH SOLUTIONS about refund. the amount is rs 30700/- I complaint to consumer complaints forum on dec.19, 2016 but no response from the company I have got yet now .what I can do further againt JSR INFOTECH SOLUTIONS to get my money back. no response from JSR infotech solutions for the refund. plz help to take money back from this jsr infotech solutions which they have taken for providing job in IT company.they also said to refund me money back after providing job in IT COMPANY. I have paid rs.30700/- .Now they are neither providing job nor refunding the money.now they have switched off .plz help me for refunding the amt 30700/-& take action against these people

person sh.sidharth informed you have been selected in
infosys technology ltd as software engineer in chandigarh office . for this you have to deposit rs . 1100/-( now total amt. paid is 30700+1100=31800/-).this amt. rs.paid by
paytm no given [protected].he again given surety& so I paid rs. 1100/- on 16/01/2017. But did not provide job&did fraud with me. on 30/01/2017 another
person called me from M.No[protected]as we not able provde job&now company is going to refund your money total amt.31800/- . He said this amt only be sent you by ATM. so I give your full detail of your ATM detail & three digit no. . Give OTP which will in your mobile.He said there is other method to refund the amt.Ithink it is also fraud doing like this. I refused to do so.Plz help me for refund& plz take strong action against this company so that other un employed&innocent persons can saved from such frauders. subhash singh [protected]

But now he is luring in different way.Plz plz take strict action against these people doing big fraud with innocent people& help me to refund my money.thanx sir.

Updated by subhash salaria Sir, I came phone from mobile no.[protected] saying speaking from JSR INFOTECH SOLUTION COMPANY. The
person said your amount Rs.31800/- will be refunded If you will give your ATM detail & OTP which will come on your mobile.He said within 30 minutes, your amt 31800/will be credited in your A/C.But I refused doing so. In another luring way, He said go inyour A/C branch bank &deposit Rs 10000/- in the A/c which I will give.Then I will credit amt.31800/- in your own A/C. Ithink company still cheating & doing fraud in different way.Plz Plz take strict action against this company&plz make efforts in such way sothat they donot do like this .Plz take strict actions & help me to refund my amt. 31800/-from the company any way.Ishall be more obliged for this kind of help.Thanks. Updated by subhash salaria Sir, I came call from no.[protected] telling speaking from JSR Infotech solutions .He said your complaint has been solved . In order to credit amt. 31800/- in your account, send your A/C detail. Then I did so . Then He said you have to deposit Rs 4450/- in said account. with in 15 minutes .amount 31800/- will be credited in your bank account.I refused to so.He was speaking in luring way.I think JSr again cheating & doing fraud with me.Plz take strict action against this company& help me for refunding my amount Rs.31800. I shall be more obliged for this kind of help.Thank you. Subhash Singh
