Jtv Travels — bus

The bus was going from kodaikanal, tamil nadu to bengaluru, karnataka. Bus was not on time, was in very bad condition i was given the first two seats but they gave me the last seat and the most of it was the bus stopped just before entering bengaluru and asked us to shift in a non ac sitter bus. But we paid the money for ac sleeper bus these buses always do the same thing with the passengers. This is exploiting passengers and i am a gonna be a lawyer i won't take all this. Please take some action against the bus and help me take my refund.
