[Resolved] Jukaso Journeys — Amount not refunded by jukaso hotels gurgaon | |||||
This is with reference to the membership scheme offered by jukaso hotels and resorts. On 10th february, 2016, me and my husband were invited by the hotel for their anniversary celebrations, wherein they were offering the membership scheme to the guests and there we met mr. Gaurav gupta (Cme no. 844, contact no. [protected], email id: [protected]@gmail.com) and mr. Nirbhay who offered various lucrative deals and insisted us to opt for the scheme as that was the last day for the scheme. We entered into agreement for membership (Contract id 10198, traveler id 56917) with jukaso hotels and made a payment of rs. 65, 000/- for entering into the said agreement. Mr. Gaurav and mr. Nirbhay both confirmed that you have cooling period of 10 days to exit from the agreement and can get your amount back and same is written in the clause no. 8 of their membership agreement After 5 days we decided to quit from their membership and made an application to jukaso hotels for withdrawal of application. We made the application for withdrawal on 16th february, 2016, but till now we have not received our amount back. We attempted to resolve the matter by speaking to mr. Gaurav gupta and mr. Nirbhay many times, but mr. Gaurav always make false commitments and mr. Nirbhay is not ready to speak in this regard. We dropped mail to customer care and also to mr. Gaurav, but all in vain. On 12th march, 2016, we visited their corporate office, where ms. Payal again made commitments that you will get your money back and gave her phone number[protected] which is never answered. She told that she is the only person who deals with refunds and no one else could help us out. Also, we tried to reach the customer care number ([protected]) to know the status of our application, but they are also not picking our phone. We have not received any call from jukaso till date to give any update on our application for refund. The stipulated time frame written in agreement for refund i. E.45-60 days has already passed. Please look into the matter as i am suspecting that our hard earned money of rs 65000/- would not be refunded by jukaso. Was this information helpful? | |||||
