[Resolved] Jukaso Journeys — Improper response during membership cancellation. | |||||
This is regards to my cancellation request placed on 20th Dec 14 just a day after I took this 5 years memberahip from jukaso.I have been told by jukaso sales staff (Nirbhay, Saransh) that I will get my refund within 45 days of time.Till know I have not got my refund.I keep calling these guys customer service department after placing cancellation request for my membership.Most of the time their lines are busy.Whenever I used to get customer service representative on phone I always get same reply its under process.Earlier refund has to processed within 45 days then it became 45-60 business days now it's more then that.Then luckily I was able to fix up meeting with retention department of jukaso (Ashwin & Payal) dated 25th April '16 but is of no use.Now I have been informed by these guys that the refund process will take more time.What the he'll is this.Now refund process will take 90 business days.Which means they will take another 3-4 months to issue a refund post dated check check in Aug month which will be of dated Oct month.What the hell is this?It's really getting tough to recover our money from jukaso.I think it's time to approach collectively along with legal proceedings.Please contact if anyone in the same situation of harassment by jukaso. Jukaso Journeys — Npn delivery of services
We took jukaso membership of 25th april 2015 but till now we have not received any holidays booking from them.we keep on calling to book accomodation in their property but no reply from them.i want full refund of 55000 rupees.
