[Resolved]  Jukaso Journeys — need to cancel my membership and refund.contract id 99332

I purchased jukaso package 2 days back for 5 years mini pack at cost of 95000. However after going through agreement found that whatever they discussed and promised with us and what is written in contract ia different.

Based on that this, i do not want to continue and as per contract since its only 48 hrs of purchase and it can be withdrawn and cancelled within 10 days. I would like to cancel it.

Please find the details below:

Below details were explained to us:

1) you will be given 4N/5D at Jukaso properties and 7N/8D stay at DAE hotels. Total of 11N/13D stay per year.

Clarification: In your contract that you have given me its only mentioned that 4N/5D stay will be provided per year. No additional days.

2) You have said that for DAE booking we need to give 900 Rs. only additionally.

Clarification: In your contract there is no such rate mentioned and when I checked with DAE they said 150 Dollar will be charged as exchange rate per day !!.

3) You have told about additional benefits like hotel activities, during the stay, breakfast and sight seeing is included in this. Only Fuel charges to be borne by us on actual basis.

Clarification: In the contract, there is no such statement. Also for DAE as well there is no such statement.

4) You are having only 9 properties that that too most of them are in n metro cities or NCR. However you told that you have properties across India and Internationally of your own. This does not meet any holiday purpose and moreover its no use of staying in your hotel in Delhi NCR region only.

5) You have told as a member, you will get 20% - 50% discounts on dine in and offers made from time to time like new year offers etc. Also as a member for banquets bookings your per plate charge varies from 1000 Rs to 2000 Rs. however member will get 50% off.

Clarification: In your Contract there is no such statement.

6) You told that there is no capping on stays per night and balance will be transferred to next year.

Clarification: your contract it says any additional nights exceeding 9 Nights per year not availed will automatically be lapsed.

7) You said there is no AMC charges and everything included in Rs. 95000 paid by me. Also the Bank has charged an interest rate on this for easy EMI which values close to 10500 Rs additionally which you will be reversing in my bank account. However I am trying to reach your sales team and they have not picked my call even once.

Clarification: In your contract its mentioned that AMC will be charged every year and if you fail to pay that in any year, contract will terminate.

8) In your contract reservation is mentioned based on 4 seasons, Blue, white, purple etc.], however you did not discussed any such point.

Now the Jukaso customer care and those sales people Jasleen and Bhawna are not picking up my phone.

Requesting your forum to take action against it as early as possible because its only 48 hrs. After 10 days, they will make an excuse that required grace time is already over. I do not want to listen anything else from them and just want my refund of 95000 Rs. Back.

I have not been provided with the full information and there is an ambiguity and I do not agree to proceed with your membership further. Also as per contract, I have the right to withdraw my membership within 10 days under Clause 8.1 of the contract signed.

I have already filed the request and sent the postal mail within 48 Hours to withdraw the membership. It is requested to kindly confirm me on this status and send back my money invested with immediate effect.

No one will entertain you there ...I m also facing the same thing since one year.
I ve also cancelled the member ship in the given ten days as per agreement . Then they said they will refund your money in 90 days “as agreement “ ...then never may be never.
Met each and every time a new guy there in office . They will just fool you anyhow with giving you dates such as next month or next week or tomorrow.
And if any how the same guy met you on the given date he will say . The “person” who is supposed to sign your cheque is “out of India “ due to some extreme emergencies!
I m fed up with all these.
