I have regular in follow up for the resolution of my dispute transaction. But till date no solution not found. Your recovery team regular harassing me to pay the amount or they can come in my address for legal formalities. Dear sir, no solution given me till 1.3 year has been completed. I am very harassing by your team. I already done the transaction but merchant is fraud. They are not providing me to any valid document with refund confirmation and not ready to any meeting. So i am requested to kindly investigate with journey resort pvt ltd. And they have already given me the charge back detail and refund confirmation.
