Jukaso Journeys — refund my membership id amount they obtained

Sir, 'am already applied for cancellation request of my membership id (121263) in 2018 march. But not cancelled and refunded all fee till now. It's my request you to cancel and refund my all fee that you obtained from me.

Many more times to complaint myself but they can't do anything till now. Once they reply me
