Junglee Rummy — Account and amount frozen. no cheating

Hi team

I have recently bought a second hand phone and created a junglee rummy account with all kyc. I deposited money and played for 2 days. I have a total money of 60 thousand rupees in my account. when i placed a withdrawal, my account is locked.
Please tell me what fraud i have commited. what unfair play i have done.
Taking away 60000rs for using a second hand mobile is very harsh.
I asked the mobile owner. he told he has used mobile for playing junglee rummy on his account.
How come creating a account on a used mobile is fraud or suspicious?
taking away 60k rs for this is how big. plz understand...
tell me what fraud or unfair thing happened in this account.
how is that we cannot use a second hand mobile?
is that 2 accounts are getting logged in same phone alternatively. no right.
plz plz understand, for buying a second hand phone, punishing with 60 thousand penality is very very harsh. Please process my withdraw.
If there is a fraud, collusion, unfairness. I will not ask for refund.
please dont treat fraudsters and genuinue players in the same way.
this is not correct. Not everyone can afford to buy brand new phones.
If you think this is wrong, Please process my refund. i will buy a new phone for 8k and will login. You can block if the second hand mobile is used for logging again.
please dont punish like this. plz understand. money is money for everyone. please review my case and take decision accordingly.

I have not added email id to my account and i have not changed my username still as i was very new. Please contact on the email id and phone number mentioned.
my phone registered with this forum is the number registered with junglee rummy.
plzzz plzzz dont treat fraudsters and genuinue players in same way.
please understand 60000 rs is not a small amount. i won playing for 2 days... please dont take away them. i will buy a new phone. plzzz help me
