I have a account with Junglee rummy linked with mobile no. [protected]. After winning a certain amount and place a withdrawal requests as per the due procedure. Today, when I was playing they blocked me out and asked to get in touch with customer support. There is no proper channel to submit your complaint and when you try connecting with their agents …they hung up and disconnect without any information and very unprofessional behaviour. After 2-3 rings they will stop responding as well ….
I have invested my whole month salary for this platform …now, I’m like a beggar with no where to go because my funds are seized on immoral grounds …I can go to any extent to prove my innocence and can pledge that I have won the game fairly and decisively with no malpractices.
If they can prove I have done anything wrong or did any kind of tricks …I swear I’m ready to face any consequences.
This is a clear case of mistreatment of consumer trust who invest their hard earned money on their platform ….I have realised any questions on their game when I lose money on the app and accept the judgment of the game but when I won, I have never expected this would happens to me …I’m a honest, sincere and loyal contestant of this game who purely plays the game on merit with fair practices.
Please help to get my money which I have invested out of trust and love for the game …I’ll start using other platforms who have better customer experience in compare to Junglee rummy
