[Resolved]  Junglee Rummy — account is locked because I raised many complaints against this site

Good job done by the junglee rummy site.

I am a not a player I am lvl 38 player when they locked my account.

I spoke to Mr. Dattu and he is unable to answer my questions so I asked him why did u locked my account?

He said you raised many complaints against us and you used bad words.

The main reason is now adays I stopped depositing big amounts into my junglee account. So they are not getting big amounts from me. So they locked my account.

by the way till now They looted me alot around 5lakh or may be more.

I asked few questions about RNG also, He is not able answer and clear my doubts. Finally he thought that I am doing research against this site and locked my account.

Guys Don't join blindly, Go through the reviews here posted by the players. Few players posted the details about RNG also. So just go through the reviews before they loot you.

RNG is nothings and everything will be under the team. I have proofs how they cheated in tournies also.

I have challenged dattu also regarding my winnings. I think you guys might have observed that few people(They may be site players or computer) continuously win for 4 or may be more deals. Which is not possible in practical.(May be once is acceptable, twice ok if this reapeats?)

When they contacted us everytime they say its entirely depends on your skill. Fcuking skill guys, without getting good cards what do we do withour fcuking skills. Just think in practical way guys. They are suckers and everything is under their control.

He knows everything and he is also one of them(looted team).

We value your association with Junglee Rummy and understand that you have been associated with us since a long time, however, we had to take this difficult decision to lock your account as you were unable to give yourself a break from entertainment skill Rummy.

The decision to lock your account was informed to you over the phone, which you agreed to and post your confirmation your pending balance in your rummy account was transferred to your bank account.

Again, your account got locked as we observed that you were unable to follow our Responsible gaming policy which specifies that every player should deposit within their limits: https://www.jungleerummy.com/responsiblegaming.

We have requested you multiple times that if you feel you are losing beyond the limits you may:

A. Switch to Practice/Free Games
B. Switch to Free tournaments and use your skills to win the tournaments
C. Modify your Daily/Monthly deposit limit to the minimum.

Since you were unable to practice any of the above to limit the number/amount of games you play, we had to take this difficult decision to lock your account.

It has been communicated to you multiple times that winning a rummy game/tournament totally depends on your skills and strategies and Junglee Rummy has no option or feature to make someone win or lose the game. Also, the link to our RNG certification has also been shared with you multiple times which means that the cards are dealt randomly which is on the link: https://www.jungleerummy.com/certification.

Our team has been in touch with you continuously and the same is evident by the fact that you have resolved your prior posts on this forum. All your queries have been responded to at all times.

In case you feel any of our customers are not following our terms & conditions as requested earlier, do send us an email on [protected]@jungleerummy.com with the details of their usernames and game-ids we will definitely investigate them and get back to you.

We would like to categorically state that we do not have/employ site players and it is against our policy. Please be assured that you are playing against another individual just like yourself.

In case a customer is winning games that are purely due to his strategies and skill.

If this is the case you could have informed me before you lock my account. Without any intimation you locked my account and I didnt get any call from your side also. I have checked my account myself and i found it is locked by your team. Then I called junglee rummy team.

Unlock my account handover it to me. I want to continue to play free games and free tournaments.

Let me know your response.

my name is kiran thease junglerummy people also locked my account thease people really looting lot of money from innocent people i[censored] do not speak bad words also they are locking our account please dont add any amount atleast they have locked your account let it be...or else again u suffer in future
