Hello,

I have been playing rummy from 20 years and has mastered all the skills in this area. But this site has proved that all the skills are in vain when the cards are being controlled.

I won some amount day before yesterday, withdrew that and then left with 1140 rupees in my rummy account. Not surprised, i lost that money and it was obvious that i would loose that money if i have raised any withdrawal request. Thereafter, i had no money in rummy account. I was happy to make a profit of 2650/-. I thought it would do no harm if i deposit 1000 from my profit and i did the same. I lost 1000. I got a little tense. But still i was in 1650 profit. I deposited 1000 more again, but lost that also continuously. Now profit was 650. I deposited 650. I lost that also. The profit i am talking is of one week only. However, i have lost only earlier. Now, i was at par. I deposited 1000 again from my account. I lost that. I got nervous, i deposited 1000 more and i lost that also. This was the limit. But i thought to give one more try and thought i will play carefully. I deposited 1000 more. I played very carefully, i dropped the games even i have jokers but no life. I kept on dropping. But at one stage, i could not drop such game coz would get eliminated. I played. I lost. I was out of my senses then. The morning was good but the night had been worst.

In total i have lost 3000 money[protected] and i believe this money will be credited to my jungle rummy account today only.

Observations:-
1. You withdraw your money, you will loose the balance which is left in your account.
2. You cancel your withdrawal, you will loose the amount.
3. You get many jokers but no life, don't play, it is their trap to make you play.
4. There are site players (Bots) and they wont let you win even if you the best rummy player in this world.

Conclusion:-

There is no difference between this and match fixing. You have some of your players, you know the outcome. Games are fixed.

This is why we offer the option of playing free games to all our players. You may participate in daily free tournaments and win cash prizes which can be withdrawn.

You need to follow the responsible gaming policy at all times, which also specifically states that you should never play to chase losses and should stop playing in case you are on a losing spree.

We would like to re-iterate that Rummy is a social game that should be played only for entertainment. Even professionals, who have mastered this game of skill, select to stop playing at certain times.

Also, note that placing and canceling withdrawal requests is nowhere related to the games you play on our site. As already mentioned we are RNG certified and there is and cannot be any manual intervention in card distribution. Since card distribution cannot be controlled or predicted there is no way which allows fixing the games.

MY FRIEND HAS BEEN GETTING REFUNDS OF 10000 rs FROM MR DATTU.

YOUR EXECUTIVE HAS ONLY TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD NOT CANCEL WITHDRAWAL AND SHALL NOT PLAY WITH THAT MONEY. I SHOULD PLAY WITH SOME STRATEGY.

We'd like to inform that refunds may be possible where you have lost a game due in case there is an issue at out end, however, in case you lose a game genuinely against your opponents refunds can't be extended as the winnings of the game are credited to the winner.
