[Resolved] Just Dial — Deduction of money | |||
Dear concern, I am vatsal sharma & my company name - lock my destination, in lucknow. I have taken just dial package 2 year ago. But due to your poor services i have stopped your services, i have also informed your concerned department person - mr vikas sahu to stop my justdial account but i didn't think he informed the company as well. Firstly they deduct payment from your account on the behalf of just dial. On 22nd july 2016, rs 1135 is deducted from my account on the name of nach-dr - bdjustdial. Now on 27nd july 2016, rs 1057 on info: ecs/[protected]/txjd10446154/billdesk jus Today details - it again deducted Rs 1135 on[protected] info: nach-dr - bdjustdial I have stop all the services from just dial and informed with your concerned team and he assured me for that, so i really concerned why this is happening form justdial. Please be sure i need my money back, and i m not interested the worst serveices of just dial. I do not recommend any one to buy their services, company is purely fake. My self Raza,
I opted justdial package of for Rs.3500 for my civil contract buisiness named Shabab Bano.
I am also facing issue with money deduction from justdial.
Evey month they looting me for 1775.
Now this month they deducted more than 3500.
Most important thing is even after looting more than 20000 I did not get 1 rupee business from just dial
Only getting fake contact detail every alternate day.
I never suggest for just dial, worst experience of my,
Request to stop my business with you and return my money at least for this month.
