[Resolved] Just Dial — payment issue | |||||
With reference to just dial invoice no up0917se00000471 dt[protected], we have taken services for two months that is for september and october 2017. Mr. Anand batra was our relationship manager. Payment of rs. 7, 080 had already been paid to yourself via cheque. Now we are getting alerts for ecs debit. First of all, i am unable to understand when full and final payment had already been paid why money is being debited from my bank account again. Secondly, relationship manager did not tell us about terms and conditions about ecs, he did wroge and fake commitments abou services and payment.
