I had made payment of Rs 5899/- on 20th May 2022 and Rs-2655/- on 24th May 2022 for leads for my business.
As per the contract rule I have paid 3 advance installments and I don't want to continue further because of the fake leads provided by your system.
But the problem here is that even after paying Rs -8554/- I just received 46 leads and my contract has been put on hold. This is really frustrating because you have charged me, but have not provided the full services as per the amount paid.Even after taking the subscription on 20th May, my services started on 11th June 2022 almost 23 days later and on 22nd June the services were stopped just after 10 days with a total of 46 leads.
Is this how you deal with your customers? After numerous calls there is no reply from your side. Neither am I getting my balance refunded, nor I am getting leads so that I can utilize my wallet balance.
I would really appreciate if you can either refund my balance or provide me the leads for the balance amount. I am not interested in further continuing service with your company so please don't expect me to re-start my ECS and pay additional amount as I have already overpaid for services which I haven't received yet.
Hoping to get a resolution soon on this matter as there has been a considerable delay in resolving my matter.
Two of your sales officers Monish Khan and Abhi Yadav misguided me on the contract details and made false commitments just to acquire the business and now they have stopped receiving my calls and don't want to resolve this issue. would appreciate an action against them in this matter.
