JustDial.com — Deducting money after being asked so many times to stop the service | |
We have called Just Dial so many times to stop the services, And since last 1 month we have been continuously following with them to stop the service. They reverted back with the message stating that ECS will not be deducted for a month. But we asked for stopping it completely Still they are deducting amount on monthly basis. And on contacting them back they are behaving like they are clueless about the previous call conversation. There executives claims that they are the senior most in the hierarchy and not ready to give escalation email id or contact details. On the contrary they mention that we need to serve notice period of three months, and after three months we again need to call and ask for the same. Since they are not maintaining any call history. How can we assure that they will not come back with the same clueless behavior about our request. It feels so dishearten to see JustDial is doing forgery with the people to make money.
