JustDial.com — Deductions of money after stopping ECS service

It’s very unprofessional act from just dial. As I did registration on Justdial because of regular follow up from the marketing team to register my business at Justdial. So al last as I thought of registering so the local representative came to my house and did the registration and told me about the ECS service. He also inform me that whenever I want to stop I can withdraw the service through the app at anytime. So I did the registration. But as I am not getting any business or lead from Justdial so I thought of closing the ECS Service so I gave a call to the guy who did my registration but he told me due to some personal ground he is on leave and once he join he will attend me. Also he told me that I can stop the service by my own through the app and so I did, on return I got sms from just dial that the ECS Will be stopped. I even insisted the guy to visit my place whether to see it was stop or not but he always give excuses to visit and told me that don’t worry if the msg came than need not to worry. So on the month of may there was not deduction but suddenly on June the have deducted Rs 1180 from my account. When I came to know that I immediately contacted the guy and told him about that but he didn’t help me and told me to contact the call centre and write mail to [protected]@jusdial.com. I even wrote to mail but no response. But after writing mail again their was a call from Justdial and told me that my service will be stopped but again they are going to deduct money on 15th July as bill got generated (this call came on 1st July). Then I again wrote mail to just dial but no response but again I got a mail referring that their will be a deduction in the month of July.
My question is
1) how come Justdial do that without the consent of the person to deduct money as I have already stopped the service.
2)Why they keep on activating the ECS even though it’s stopped by the customer
3) why no support from the local guy as he himself have forced me to open the ECS service.
Waiting to resolve the issue and I want my money refund which was deducted without my knowledge.
