I have submitted disabling of ECS for my company as 1 year contract is over with Just Dial. In spite of submitting ECS cancellation, I received message that Just Dial cannot disable the ECS and I have to call customer Care.
I have called customer care 5-6 times and each time when I mention the issue they disconnect my call after understanding issue. On one instance they connected me to ECS team - the woman from ECS team also disconnected my call saying she will call me back - I did not receive any call back from Just Dial.
This is quite unexpected behaviour from Justdial and unprofessional !
