JustDial.com — ECS mandate and Cancellation of services

Good day,
I have availed services from Justdial for leads
and i request for the cancelation for the services on 27th May and i got the confirmation message from the sales agent that services Cancelled and i stopped getting leads as well from justdial.

Now today 15th july again ecs debit happened from my account amount of Rs.2803.

I request refund the amount which got deducted today 15th july to my account back as i have given Cancellation on 27th may.

March Ecs bounce return charges 590 from the bank side 2 times amount of 1180

Kindly look into it and do the necessary action to cancel the services which i had opted.
Also request to send the confirmation email to my registered email id from justdial that services are cancelled.
