I’ve called to the customer care and requested to stop ECS as I’ve stopped my business...Since November 2020 I’m calling to JD customer care every month and every time they are saying from next month your ECS will stop and no amount will be deducted...But since November amount is being deducted every month from my bank account...I’m calling and requesting every time and they are repeating the same answer that from next month your amount will not be deducted...I’m losing my trust on Just Dial...If my complaint is not dealt properly...I’m gonna complain to RBI, SEBI, and to the Consumer Court...
