JustDial.com — Fraud person committed for delivery of goods took my amount 2500

Request you to help me.

I booked transport for delivery my goods and spoken with yogesh. He took my booking amount 2500 rs and said that he will deliver my goods on Sunday dated 25th July.
I called him many times he didnot receive my phone. In the evening i spoken to him and he said " gadi cancel hogayi hai aur ab 3500 rs aur dena honge maine mana kardiya extra amount dena kaliye".
Aur ab vo mera phone nahi uta raha hai.

Please I really need help and want my refund back.
