Yesterday I put wrong number of Feroz Khan by mistake. So I am re-complaining with correct contact number.
I am complaining about a person registered on justdial because I got his number from just dial to purchase the ticket. He is working in skyline overseas and his name is Feroz Khan. I was about to purchase a ticket for my wife and he demanded 20 thousand advance which we provided and he make booking but then I cancelled the plan so he said I will deduct 2 thousand and will return the remaining 18 thousands. But since 10 days he is not returning. Yesterday I called him and when I said that I will file the complaint against you then he abused me and cut the call. After cutting the call he immediately called my wife and said your husband is abusing me. Means he abused to the customer and then blamed that customer is abusing. If your take the call record of him you can find who abused.
We paid him because we trust on just dial but we did not know such kind of fraud people like Feroz Khan are also on just dial? He is giving different excuses since 10 days like I am sick, I dont have money, I dont have person to go bank, i will send after half hour, on hour, and so on.
Why he abused to the customer? He is not returning my money and also abusing? and then blaming customer? why? Please take a strong action against him.
