ADVERTISEMENT — Not stopping ecs even after repeated requests

My ECS of Rs. 899 was going on for more than 3 years. But when my business collapsed due to pandemic i contacted justdial customer care to stop ecs. So they provided link for stop ecs. I followed the process, i even got the message from them that they have accepted my request and ecs will stop after 3 month notice period. More than 4 months have passed now but justdial have not stopped my ecs yet even after repeated requests. Justdial is fraud. Plz check the attached image. I also tried calling them after 3-4 months as they were not stopping ecs even after notice period. If they dont act fast i will take legal action against them
