I registered with your company in the month of December.. I did so just to solve the headache caused by your company on name of business. They told me I could pay for two months and if satisfied could continue the tieup with your company. Later they told that I need to pay for a month more so as to start your service. But just after a month I found the tieup unsatisfactory and requested the company for breaking up the tie. But still money was withdrawn from my account again. I complained about the same after, and they told me that they will provide cashless service for few month and then deactivate it . But today again money was debited from my account.
This is an unethical and unprofessional action from the company's side. It is very much hurting that my money is being taken even after withdrawal of my consent to continue. I don't want to continue and want to cancel my registration.
Kindly do the needful to overcome my grievances and here by cancel my tieup with your company. If possible, return back the money taken from my account after I withdrawn my consent to continue the tie. Was this information helpful? |
