1. Ecs deduction after updating in plan 2. Worst class service from justdial We contacted justdial to stop ecs so as per their contract its not possible to stop services for one year So we changed the plan but then again justdial took our advance payment for new contract and also deducted ecs for previous contract. And now when we are contacting justdial they are telling us its not possible to stop ecs. So technically they are looting us.. I would recommend others to read and understand each and every sentence while signing for contract from justdial. Otherwise you will easily get stuck in their trap.
