Dear sir,
I booked website for 10 years worth Rs.15000+18% GST at just dial two years back. I offered no reneual for 10 years at the time of booking. But, JustDial cancelled web hosting. I reported this to concern manager. But he replied that it should be solved within two days. No progress. I called him again after two days. He replied that same thing happened many customers and to wait for another two days. But nothing happened.

Moreover, Justdial is humiliating me that our website is deactivated due to the due unpaid.

I booked webhosting for 10 years worth Rs.15000+18% GST at just dial three years back. I offered the sales with no reneual for 10 years at the time of booking. I got the supporting mail from concern manager. But, JustDial cancelled web hosting this week. I reported this to concern manager last year itself. After several conversions, they made the website working.

But, the same issue started again this year.

Why your people are deactivating the hosting since I paid it for 10 years.
At the time of sales, they promised many. But, they did not service after the sales.

This is disturbing my business.
I complained it to the ceo. They never bothered.

Please help me.
