I had registered my pre school in Bangalore with Just dial which was shut dow in Mar 2018. In a conversation with a just dial executive I had clearly mentioned that I do not want to continue my subscription with Just dial and would like to stop the ECS. They said that they will do the needful and cancel my subscription. However the amount continues to be deducted from my account Was this information helpful? | |
