It has been more than two weeks that we have lodged a complaint against one of Your employee Mr. Gouranga Dutta of Siliguri(Phone No, [protected] /[protected]), related to his false commitment and taking money from us with wrong information, false commitment and misinterpretation of the services

We are very sorry to notice that Your office has not taken any action to resolve my problems related to the service of
Just Dial, except numerous irritating, threatening and disturbing phone calls from different phone Numbers, it seems that you and your organization are encouraging or forcing or supporting your staffs to collect money from the market by means of cheating/ false commitment. As a busy factory owner of three Industries and a Zonal council member of CII I don’t have much time or requirement to entertain each telephone calls.
We have not received any response even after sending more than 50 complaints against this incident through your website also.
