[Resolved] JustDial.com — constant calls for selling their products | |||
Different representatives of just dial keep on calling every 4-5 days at our office and in the garb of verification call, they try to sell their useless products to us. We fail to understand why this keep on happening again and again... Is their no one to monitor the calls and the complaints that we put across. We have categorically stated and told them not to call us again as we are not interested in buying any of their products, but still they keep on harassing. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was a previous premium member for justdial. And for reporting my complaint i contacted your customer care number : [protected] (Date : 18/01/2019 Time : 4:10 IST) your customer care representative (Name : Muraly Krishnan as he told) behaved and talked in a bad manner to me and have used bad words to me.
