[Resolved] JustDial.com — contract renewed without my consent and ecs did not stopped even after request | |||
I have made a call to justdial customer support to stop the contract on july 30, as i did not wanted to renew the contract, for that i also replied to mail which i received on july 28 for renewal stating that "i don't want to continue". Even after that ecs did not stopped, and on top of that when i called them again on september 28 for deactivation of account, none of their executive connected me to customer support even after repetitive calls. They just d'ont want to talk about deactivation. I have attached herewith the copy of mail received for renewal along with my disapproval of same.
