[Resolved] JustDial.com — ecs cancellation

I have requested for ecs cancellation in may 2018, they told me that it will take 3 (Three) months for process. But i still found that amount is deducting from my account. They do not register my complaint also, after each conversation for cancellation of contract, i receive a message that "your services will be continued" I request them to stop ecs payment instantly and process my refund of four months. I didn’t search for AutoCAD classes and I’m getting emails from justdial for suggestions and then I get email from other institutions if I’m looking for AutoCAD classes. I’m not!
I want my account removed and all my information taken down from your page regarding any “search” I so called “made”.
