[Resolved] JustDial.com — ecs cancellation just dial | |
I am a business user (Sakthi Systems (Perungalathur)) in just dial Chennai for the past 2 years and make all my customers to registered in Just Dial to improve business. But when I am cancelling my business for some reason. The just dial just playing with me and very slowly respond to each and everything. I have allotted an executive to cancel my business (verification) after 15 days till no response (I have announced my business close request in may 11 2019). After a month I am getting a same response we will get back to you shortly... Now I feel very bad to be a business partner in just dial and I feel very bad to be a part of them.
