[Resolved] JustDial.com — ecs cancellation process | |
I have requested in november 2017 with proper mail, that i want to cancel the ecs. But just dial sent me mail stating 3 months prior notice is needed to cancel the ecs. But it's been over 9 months now. And they still didn't cancel the ecs. Also, no customer care support is there. They send me mail stating that, customer care will call in seven day, but didn't get contact. I feel like cheated by the justdial. Need to stop the ecs on immediate basis.
