[Resolved] JustDial.com — ecs deduction before 3 months | |||||
We started using justdial paid services last year with the basic package amounting rs. 2, 360 with taxes. Every month on 2nd day the amount used to get debited from our account. In month of april the same ecs of 2, 360 hit our bank account and the very next day justdial executive came to us and changed our plan. He convinced us to take 3, 545 per month with taxes plan and took a cheque of rs. 7, 080 for two months. According to that we have already paid for services till june and in july ecs was supposed to be deducted. The same amount was deducted from our bank account in month of may only and none of your executives are reverting. We are looking forward to stop the service right away and get back reund of extra paid amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
